Tell us about the work you do at Zoetic Coaching.

I am the Founder and Lead Coach at Zoetic Coaching. We are dedicated to helping people embrace positive behavior change and then equip them with the tools to take action in improving their health and wellness.

What about this business/industry motivates you?

I am motivated by the profound impact that a higher degree of wellness can have in improving people’s lives. A small amount of positive behavior change can produce an outsized improvement in one’s day-to-day life. With a little lifestyle tweak here and there you can have more: strength, stamina, flexibility, clearer cognition, healthier aging and better mood.

What are your company’s core values? How do they inform how your company serves clients?

The core values of Zoetic Coaching are:

1) Integrity – Integrity is the basis of everything we do at Zoetic Coaching. Because trust is the starting point for all successful behavior change, integrity is the number 1 core value at Zoetic Coaching. We have no products for sale or “one size fits all” systems. We are not trying to sell anything other than our honest, hard work helping people identify a path to better health and then moving forward to achieve it.

2) Mastery – wellness and exercise instruction are complicated. Success demands mastery of many disciplines, Zoetic Coaching is committed to finding and incorporating the best, most current methods of coaching and exercise instruction available to help guarantee success. Because a wellness coach helps develop a vision of what being healthier looks like and a personal trainer is a subject matter expert in exercise methodology Zoetic coaching has developed expertise in both areas. Board certification and Mayo Clinic training are requirements for all coaches at Zoetic.

3) Inclusion – Wellness is for all. Zoetic Coaching is passionate about ensuring that we warmly welcome all who are interested in becoming healthier regardless of who they are, where they come from or where they are on their wellness journey.

What has been the number one key to your company’s success throughout the past year?

Zoetic Coaching is successful when our clients improve their lives.  So, the number one key to our success has always been and will always be our clients. Additionally, because our clients are so passionate about the success they have achieved at Zoetic Coaching, 100% of our current clients are customer referrals.

What drew you to Shift to be the home base for your company here in Denver?

Shift has been transformational for Zoetic Coaching. Shift’s unique combination of a relaxed vibe with a high-end feel makes our clients feel pampered and right at home, simultaneously.

What do you enjoy doing with your time when you are not working?

I love to be outdoors. I spend my time off: walking my dog, skiing and riding my mountain bike.

If you would like to learn more about Zoetic Coaching, you can visit their website. All Shift Workspaces members from any location are invited to join a complimentary boot camp class on Thursdays at noon with George at the Corona location.
