akin, developed by Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments, is a boutique brand redefining urban living in Denver’s most beloved neighborhoods. Designed for a sophisticated, urban-minded renter, akin emphasizes authenticity, blending seamlessly with each location’s unique culture and character.

What makes you excited to be a part of the Golden Triangle neighborhood?
The Golden Triangle is one of Denver’s most vibrant neighborhoods, brimming with creativity, culture, and civic vitality. We’re excited to offer residents thoughtfully designed homes that provide easy access to the Cherry Creek Trail, art galleries, South Broadway nightlife, coffee shops, and more.

What are some of your favorite local shops, restaurants, etc in the Golden Triangle?
One standout favorite is Leven Deli Co., known for its delicious deli classics and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, served in a trendy and welcoming atmosphere! We’re also excited about the new retail and food & beverage offerings coming to the historic Evans School, as well as Olive & Finch, which has been a mainstay in City Park West and in Cherry Creek North for the past decade plus.

From an operational perspective, we’re excited to announce our partnership with Elevated Living, a cutting-edge, all-in-one branded resident app. This platform combines traditional operations with hotel-style, on-demand personal services and experiences, reducing resident app fatigue and fostering a more inclusive community.
Through Elevated Living, residents can enjoy a seamless experience by managing access control, receiving package delivery notifications, making rent payments, submitting maintenance requests, tracking work orders, staying informed about building announcements, and directly communicating with the management team—all from a single app. This centralized solution enhances convenience and contributes to stronger resident satisfaction, which is our goal!
What bespoke services or experiences does akin offer to enhance the resident lifestyle, such as curated events or wellness programs?
At akin, we strive to provide our residents with a high-touch, customized approach to hospitality. Our 5-star reviews and high resident retention are a testament to the dedication and creativity of our management staff. Our team continuously finds innovative ways to engage residents and elevate their lifestyle.
For example, our management team takes pride in organizing book clubs and hosting unique resident events, such as poker nights. We’re also passionate about health and wellness. Recently, we invited the owner of CLMBR to one of our fitness studios to provide residents with training on how to use the machine—a session that was incredibly well-received!
What sustainable or eco-friendly practices are implemented in akin’s luxury living environments?
All our akin properties will have EV charging stations which can be seen as eco-friendly by supporting clean energy use, promoting the adoption of electric vehicles, and reducing harmful emissions from the transportation sector. We also provide eco-friendly smart thermostats, and build our properties to high energy standards (energy efficient HVAC systems, windows, etc.).
Are there any partnerships with local businesses or artisans that contribute to the luxury experience at akin properties?
Neighborhood outreach is a top priority for us, and we’re actively building relationships to create meaningful opportunities for our residents. For example, we’ve partnered with Call to Arms Brewing to promote the upcoming lease-up of akin Tennyson in the Berkeley neighborhood. We’re also deeply committed to giving back to the community, which is why we’ve partnered with the Tennyson Center for Children and plan to involve residents in future charity initiatives. At akin Golden Triangle, we’re thrilled to collaborate with Shift Workspaces, offering our first 10 leases one free month of coworking space to enhance their urban lifestyle!
How does akin foster a sense of community while maintaining the exclusivity of luxury living?
Our community stands out because we genuinely care about the well-being and interests of our residents. We strive to create events that are tailored to their preferences, fostering an environment where connections are made and relationships flourish. Through these resident events, individuals have not only enjoyed meaningful experiences but have also built lasting friendships, continuing to socialize and connect outside of the events. In larger buildings, residents often feel like a number, and it takes forever to get to know their neighbors, if they ever do. The boutique nature of our buildings promotes a close, connected resident experience from Day 1.

As mentioned above, the goal of the akin brand is to redefine apartment living in the heart of Denver’s most beloved neighborhoods. Our current portfolio features three unique, one-of-a-kind apartment rental communities, each thoughtfully designed with its own distinct character and amenities. akin Tennyson and akin Golden Triangle are set to debut in early 2025, while akin Bonnie Brae is scheduled to open in 2026!

With an emphasis on classic, sophisticated architecture that promotes a strong contextual bond, akin Bonnie Brae pays tribute to its roots while embracing its future as the premiere residential experience in the Bonnie Brae and Wash Park neighborhoods. The building’s unique curved walls add a distinctive architectural touch, while the interior corridors feature locally curated artwork.
