The staff is professional, friendly, and very very welcoming. How many guests can you host?
Five to two hundred and fifty. There are 15 event spaces and 19 meeting rooms across the three buildings, so the room is matched to the headcount rather than the other way around. The largest meeting room seats 65. Larger numbers use a combined space or a full buyout.
How much does it cost to rent an event space in Denver?
Meeting rooms start at $36 an hour and event spaces start at $225 an hour. Rates are per hour and are a guide. The date, the time of day and how long you book all move the price, and the booking page carries the final figure. Minimums vary by room. Most meeting rooms book from one hour. Event spaces run a two or three-hour minimum on weekdays, an hour longer on Saturday and Sunday.
What is included in the price?
Staff, AV and cleaning are already in the room rate. Setup and teardown are free. Bar, catering, coffee and a few other extras are quoted separately.
What AV equipment is in the rooms?
Twelve of the 15 event spaces have a house AV system and a microphone. Nine have a TV, five have an HDMI hook-up, three have Apple TV and one has a projector and screen. Meeting rooms carry HDMI and Apple TV, and there is on-site help if something needs setting up.
What is the cancellation policy?
It differs by room type, and the exact terms show at checkout. Meeting rooms refund in full if you cancel far enough ahead, which is two days out on most rooms and up to fourteen on a few. Event spaces are firmer: 75% back if you cancel at least 120 days ahead and 50% at 90 days, so an event date is a real commitment once it is close.
Can I book if I am not a member?
Yes. Event spaces and meeting rooms are open to members and non-members on the same terms.
How late can an event run?
Bookings run seven days a week and the buildings stay open until 11:30pm.
How do I book, and how quickly is it confirmed?
Meeting rooms book instantly online, weekdays 8am to 5pm. Event spaces are request-to-book, so the events team confirms the date with you before anything is charged. Time slots are set in 30-minute increments.

What layouts can you set up?
Meeting rooms are set as a boardroom, classroom, theater, U-shape or pods. Event spaces are booked as named configurations, including the rooftop bar and terrace at Bannock, the Great Room and terrace at Littleton, and the kitchen with meeting rooms or a full buyout at Corona.
Are the venues accessible?
Yes. All three locations have ADA-compliant entrances, elevators, restrooms and parking.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking at all three locations, and each building sits near major transit routes.
Can I hold a meeting as well as an event?
Yes. The same booking covers both. There are 19 meeting rooms from 5 to 65 people, so an offsite can run sessions in a boardroom and finish in an event space in the same building.
