These terms cover the Shift Workspaces text message program — what we send, how to opt in, and how to stop messages at any time.

The program
Shift Workspaces, LLC sends text messages to prospective and current members about tours, pricing, availability, and workspace offerings at our Denver and Littleton locations, and sends promotional offers and discount codes — including codes sent to you during a phone call with one of our team, at your request.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on a form on our website, by telling a member of our team during a call that you would like us to text you, or by texting us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
When you opt in, we may send you a message confirming your signup.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — your carrier’s standard charges apply to messages you send and receive. Shift Workspaces does not charge you for these messages.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages.
We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable way you tell us to stop, including telling our team by phone, email, or in person. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days, and normally immediately.
To start again, sign up the same way you did the first time.

Carriers
This service is supported by major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, Google Fi, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use the information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages, including sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. These terms do not modify our Privacy Policy.
