Milhaus focuses on creating high-quality, mixed-use, multifamily communities in urban and suburban neighborhoods. Milhaus started in 2009 with a primary focus on urban infill projects, working with cities and community leaders, improving areas or enhancing existing urban fabrics while addressing the nation’s housing shortage. We have expanded our portfolio since, expanding our offerings into suburban communities.

Milhaus specializes in mixed-use, multifamily residential properties with modern designs and community-centric features.
How does Milhaus differentiate itself in the real estate market?
Milhaus is vertically integrated, combining our expertise in development, construction, and property management to deliver cohesive and innovative urban living experiences. We are a culture, people first company and we like to think we design our communities and projects the same way.

Our core guiding principles are founded on integrity, innovation, collaboration, and execution. We have internal kudos or recognition that we give and it is based off one of these four values.

Milhaus operates in growing U.S. markets, including Indianapolis, Kansas City, Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, Tampa, and others.

Milhaus incorporates sustainable designs, energy efficiency, and resource-conscious building practices in its developments.
How does Milhaus incorporate community engagement into its development strategy?
Milhaus collaborates with local leaders, organizations, and neighbors during the development and design of projects. Milhaus designs developments and spaces that address and fit neighborhood needs and foster community growth.

Milhaus properties include Class A amenities that often feature state-of-the-art fitness centers, outdoor pool with sun deck, outdoor living room and lounge spaces with fire pits and grill stations, outdoor lawn games, dog park, resident lounges with game room, conference and co-work areas and individual office spaces, coffee bar, package room with cold food storage and delivery, maker’s space, bike storage and repair station, and other market specific amenities like golf simulators, pickle bar courts, sky lounges, hot tubs, spa with sauna and whirlpool.
