Tell us about the work you do at Think Health. How did you decide it was time to start the business?
Think Health Consulting is a full-service benefits and risk insurance brokerage that differentiates itself from other firms by offering outsourced HR and Talent Acquisition services. We recognized that startup and growth stage businesses needed a partner that was agile, adaptable, and could offer white-glove services. By meeting employer’s unique needs, we’ve been able to help transform businesses across the United States.
What about your business and/or industry motivates you?
Serving leaders, organization and employees to create healthier businesses and humans. We believe we help contribute to the impact that a health work/life balance can have on an individual’s quality of life.
We always see you and your team in the community areas meeting with clients as well as other members. How has the Shift Community helped your business grow and succeed?
Shift’s vibrant and welcoming environment invites our clients into an atmosphere that they want to be in. They all wish they worked at Shift! As a result, it positively impacts our brand and reinforces how we are different from
our industry peers.
Tell us more about how you and fellow Shift Member, John Terrill, connected and how he joined the Think Health team.
The foundation of all great business is relationships. Being in space where we became friends before ever talking business, let us easily find ways to partner and have a bigger impact on the businesses we serve.
What is Think Health’s long-term goals and how can Shift help you reach those goals?
Think Health Consulting will continue to expand its reach across the country. We will serve both startup and large entities and align our services to support our client’s success. As shift continues to develop more spaces across the region and country, we will add space for regional offices, and it is the best place we’ve found to create relationship that lead to more cliental.
What do you and your team enjoy doing outside of the office?
Our team is active! This includes biking, hiking, hot rods, hockey and music.
