Tell us about the work you do at PMI.

I run a commercial and residential property management company.  I’m also a Realtor and the Employing Broker supervising three other property management operations along the Front Range.

What is your favorite part about the work that you do?

Mentoring, everyday is something new or different, and the flexibility is great!

What has been the number one key to your success throughout the past year?

Building out our processes and handing off those tasks to my remote team members.  The extra time has allowed me to work even more ON the business instead of IN it…  And to do more new business development.

What drew you to the coworking community and more importantly, Shift Workspaces?

WFH can be a drag.  Especially when you are staring at a pile of laundry!  I used to café hop and eventually figured out the marginal cost to upgrade my scenery was way worth it.  I was introduced to Shift when they first opened and left a bike water bottle on my front porch.  Took me about 10 years to first step inside yet this is my kind of vibe and so I obviously stayed.

What do you enjoy doing with your time when you are not working?

My son and I are a tennis family.  We also have a variety of friend groups that gather for cooking and card games.  Anyone up for some Euchre?
