This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Shift Workspaces collects through our website, phone, and messaging systems, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Shift Workspaces, LLC and its affiliated location entities (“Shift Workspaces,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operate coworking and private office locations in Denver and Littleton, Colorado, and the website at shiftworkspaces.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site and our phone and messaging systems, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use. If you are a member, the agreement you signed with us governs your account and billing.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name, the workspace you are interested in, and anything you write in a form, chat, email, or text message. If you apply for a job, the contents of your application.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and links you click, the dates and times of your visits, approximate location based on your IP address, and cookie and advertising identifiers. We also use tools that record on-site activity such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling so we can find and fix usability problems; these may capture what you type into a form before you submit it.
Information from calls and messages. When you call a number shown on the Site, we collect the number dialed, your caller ID, the date, time, and duration of the call, and which page or advertisement the number appeared on. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number, your consent, and the messages exchanged with us.
3. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and schedule tours; to provide and administer our services; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to measure and improve our advertising and marketing; to show you advertising on other websites and platforms; to send communications you have asked for; to evaluate job applications; and to comply with law and protect our rights and the safety of our members, staff, and the public.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the Site, supplied both by us and by third parties. We use first-party and third-party cookies together to understand how the Site is used, to measure whether our advertising works, and to show you advertising on other websites and platforms, including to people who have visited the Site before.
The categories we use are: essential cookies that make the Site work; analytics and performance cookies; advertising and measurement cookies; and functional cookies for features such as scheduling and chat. These include services provided by Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and our customer relationship, call tracking, and advertising vendors.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out directly:

Browser controls do not affect information you give us directly through a form, call, or chat.
We share personal information with service providers who work on our behalf — hosting, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, call tracking, messaging, scheduling, and payment processing; with professional advisers; where required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety; and in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do allow advertising and analytics partners to collect identifiers and browsing activity through the Site so that we can advertise to you elsewhere and measure results. Under California and several other state privacy laws, that is treated as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands. We say so plainly rather than rely on the narrower everyday meaning of “sell.” We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
To opt out, email hello@shiftworkspaces.com or call (303) 355-5353 and tell us you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You can also use the browser and industry controls described in Section 4, which stop most advertising cookies at the source.
6. Calls and text messages
Phone numbers shown on the Site are managed through a call tracking service, and the number displayed may change depending on how you reached the Site. Calls to and from us may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping, including to record your agreement to receive text messages.
If you opt in, we send text messages about tours, pricing, availability, your inquiry, and promotional offers and discount codes — including codes sent to you during a call, at your request. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms.
We use the information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages, including sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
7. Your choices, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by contacting us using Section 8. We will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, and some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. There is no common industry standard for how sites should respond to these, and we do not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You can opt out at any time by contacting us as described in Section 5, or by using the browser and industry controls in Section 4.
Third parties, including our advertising and analytics partners, may collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites when you use the Site.
8. Retention, security, children, changes, and contact
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure.
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will post a notice on the Site if the changes are significant.
