These terms govern your use of the Shift Workspaces website. Your membership agreement, if you have one, governs your workspace and controls over these terms.

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of shiftworkspaces.com (the “Site”), operated by Shift Workspaces, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company at 1001 Bannock Street, Denver, CO 80204. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is not a membership agreement
Nothing on the Site is an offer to lease or a binding agreement to provide workspace. If you become a member, a separate written agreement governs your workspace, access, and fees, and it controls over these Terms.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices, availability, floor plans, amenities, and images are general information and are subject to change and to availability. Rates shown are typically starting rates and may exclude taxes, fees, and add-on services. Promotional offers have their own conditions, are limited in time, and may be changed or withdrawn before you sign an agreement. If the Site and a written quote or agreement disagree, the written quote or agreement controls.
4. Inquiries and tours
Information you submit must be accurate, and you must be authorized to provide it, including any phone number you enter. Tour times are requests until we confirm them. You must be 18 or older to submit an inquiry or apply for a role.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully; submit false information or impersonate anyone; scrape or use automated means to extract data, except for search engine crawlers following our robots.txt; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Site’s operation; or republish our content without written permission.
6. Content you send us
If you send us reviews, testimonials, photos, or suggestions, you keep ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in our business and marketing, attributed to your first name and last initial unless you tell us otherwise. You confirm you have the right to grant this. We may remove content at any time.
7. Our content
The Site and its content, including the Shift Workspaces name and logos, are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes only.
8. Third-party services
The Site links to and embeds services run by others, including scheduling, chat, mapping, and our member portal. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their terms apply to your use of them.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This does not limit anything that cannot be limited under Colorado law, and does not apply to a signed membership agreement, which has its own terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, and any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
11. Changes and general
We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and Shift Workspaces regarding the Site.
