What is the Shift Member Referral Program?
The Shift Referral Program rewards current members, previous members, brokers, and partners with a rent credit, referral fee or commission for successfully referring new members or businesses, who join the Shift community. Fill out the form above to get started.

How does the referral program work?
Fill out the form above. Be sure to include your contact information and the information of the person you are referring. Once you submit the form, check your inbox for an email confirmation. If Shift successfully finalizes a deal with your referral, we will contact you and send you a referral fee or rent credit within 30 days of your referral’s rent commencement date.

Which locations does the referral program apply?
The Referral Program is valid in all Shift locations.

How much are referral fees?
Shift members and partners earn the following referral fees:
Private Office: $250-$1,000 (referral fees depend on office size and term)
Coworking Membership: $50
Virtual Office: $50
Event + Meeting Space: 10% of Total Fee

What is a qualified referral?
Your referral must sign a membership agreement with Shift no later than ninety (90) days from the date of your initial referral, for any of the following memberships, at any Shift location:
Private Office
Coworking
Virtual Office
Conference Room Rental or Package
Event Rental
They also must NOT:
Be active or previous members of Shift
Have previously contacted Shift for a membership
Refer an entity if you are employed by, partnered with, hold a controlling interest in it, or is a subsidiary or affiliate of a parent company.

How many referrals can I make?
You can refer as many companies as you would like. Let’s build a community.

Will I be eligible for any referral payout for any expansion/renewal of the referred member?
Brokers receive a 2% commission on all expansions and renewals.

How will I know that my referral has joined the Shift community?
You will receive a call from the Shift team once a deal is finalized. If you wish to know the status of the transaction, reach out to us at (720) 822-0870.

When will I receive my payment?
You will receive your referral fee or rent credit within 30 days after your referral begins their contract with Shift.

How much does Shift pay brokers?
Shift pays brokers 10% for the first 12 months, 2% thereafter for the lifetime of the client. Start by filling out our referral form.
