Shift Workspaces offers extensive culinary experiences for our members while offering refined yet approachable cuisines, afternoon cocktails, and a curated array of fine wines. We create daily culinary delights for the community to enjoy as well as host unique and lively Social Hours. We invite our members to sit back, relax, and enjoy in a comfortable and welcoming space.
Creating a warm and hospitable environment through genuine hospitality is something we aim to do each day. We get excited for the opportunity to brew a cappuccino for our members and their clients, as well as share our inventive recipes with those who wish to send to their friends and family. Allow our team to welcome you, your clients, and colleagues to Shift, all the while taking care of them through our unparalleled service.
We take pride in executing our member culinary experiences as well as keeping our space abundantly stocked with local food and beverage offerings. Whether it be our complimentary snack jars, espresso bar, Grab & Go, or fully stocked wine & liquor cabinet, we strive to support locally.

Meet The Team
Morgan Trego – Director of Culinary, Culture & Engagement
Morgan has been a part of the Shift community for three years. She has a passion for creating experiences and bringing communities together. Whether it be pouring a new wine, brainstorming a seasonal dish, curating a special cocktail, or celebrating someone’s successes, Morgan has a plan! She enjoys building a mindful, fun, and approachable culture in our spaces while exhibiting the Shift Workspaces brand and values. Morgan has studied hospitality and peoples services for more than ten years and truly values creating sophisticated and refined connections. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying the Colorado life whether it be skiing, hiking, or resting outside in the sun. Oftentimes, she is curating new recipes at home, practicing yoga, discovering new restaurant scenes, or exploring creative interior design. Morgan is based out of our Shift Workspaces Littleton location, but travels from center to center to bond with the Shift Workspaces community. Next time she is in your space, say hello!
Hannah Mangel – Culinary Concierge
Hannah is new to the Shift community in her role as the Culinary Concierge for both our Bannock and Corona locations. She has had years of practice and experience in the kitchen. Last year, Hannah attended Culinary School at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, CO to pursue her love of cooking. Hannah is passionate, detail-oriented, and is always seeking ways to expand her way in the kitchen and beyond. She has also worked in hospitality and values customer satisfaction at the highest level. When Hannah is not at work, she is spending time with her boyfriend, dog and kitty, exploring Denver restaurants, watching movies, spending time outdoors, cooking and experimenting with new ingredients, and seeing family. She is thrilled to have been offered the opportunity to work as the Culinary Concierge at Shift and is looking forward to getting to know your community more!
