Salami Wrapped Piave
Roasted Red Pepper
- Select a serving platter and layer with fresh full basil leaves.
- Wrap a thick slice of Piave cheese with a salami round.
- Thinly slice the roasted red peppers into two strips and layer in an X shape on top of the Piave and salami bite.
- Seal the Piave bite with a bamboo skewer and enjoy!
