Hi Jessica! Introduce us to Investigo and your Denver team. What is your position with the company?

Investigo is a leading recruitment agency operating in the US that specializes in recruiting the very best talent that falls within the Salesforce ecosystem. I oversee our Salesforce recruitment division for the west coast and happen to be the founding member of our Investigo Denver office. Trey Hanley & Keaton Brannigan are key members of the Investigo team here in Denver. They offer a combined 15+ years of experience in the Salesforce CRM and related technology recruitment space.

Can you share the origin story of Investigo and what inspired its founding?

We are a people first recruitment company that opened our doors in the US in 2017. We are comprised of IT recruitment veterans deeply engrained in our respective ecosystems across Salesforce, NetSuite, Infor, & portfolio technology. Inspired by the need for niche technical talent!

What is Investigo’s core mission, and how does it guide your day-to-day operations?

Our mission is to connect the best available Salesforce talent on the market with businesses that need this support. We leverage our extensive networks and personal relationships to drive business growth and move critical projects forward.

What makes Investigo stand out in the recruitment industry?

How has Investigo evolved since its launch? Any major milestones or turning points?

We have offices across the US in New York, Philly, Miami, & San Diego. We opened up our Denver office about a year and a half ago, & continue to grow!

What are some of the biggest challenges your team has faced, and how did you overcome them?

The IT recruitment market has been tough over the past 2 years, with layoffs happening across the board more and more frequently. Despite these conditions, our team has continued to grow our book of business and help our clients navigate challenges to scale effectively.

How would you describe the company culture, and what values are most important to your team?

We are a work hard play hard organization. When we are not attending Salesforce Dreamin’ events, sponsoring user group events, conducting resourcing strategy sessions, and filling positions, you can find us snowboarding, golfing, & enjoying a billy jack at Garage Bar. We love celebrating our wins together!

What innovations, tools, or strategies are you most excited about right now?

Within the Salesforce world Agentforce and Data Cloud are transforming our clients’ businesses. Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Field Service Lightning, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, & Revenue Cloud continue to make real impacts, & industry specific cloud solutions are growing across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, nonprofits, private & public sectors.

In what ways does Investigo invest in professional development, community engagement, or social responsibility?

We offer free Salesforce certifications to our clients externally and internally we attend conferences, Salesforce marketers and user group events, as well as leadership & strategy sessions. Our team here in Denver volunteers with Protect Our Rivers, the Denver Rescue Mission, & Mile High Dreamin’.

What’s next for Investigo; what are your goals for the next 1–3 years?

The Denver team hopes to outgrow our office and work our way up to the top floor of Shift over the next 1–3 years!
