Rules and Eligibility to Enter Shift Workspaces Business Plan Contest

Rest assured, all business plans submitted to the Shift Workspaces Business Plan Contest will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your innovative ideas are safe with us.
Eligibility
This contest is open to new small businesses that have been established for less than one year. To be eligible, businesses must have four or fewer employees or team members. We’re looking for startups and emerging businesses with the potential to make a significant impact.
Winner’s Obligations
The winner(s) of the contest will have the unique opportunity to document their growth, challenges, and triumphs. As part of this commitment, they will allocate one hour every month to participate in a progress status update meeting with Shift Workspaces.
Publicity Agreement
By entering the contest, the winner(s) agree to allow Shift Workspaces to discuss their progress on social media and other platforms. We’re excited to share your journey and inspire others with your success story.
Business Plan Submission Requirements
To enter the contest, your business plan should be concise and impactful, consisting of five pages or less. The plan must include the following components:
- Financial Forecasts: Provide a clear financial outlook, including revenue projections and funding needs.
- Short and Long-Term Objectives: Outline your business goals, both immediate and long-range.
- Growth/Marketing Approach: Describe your strategy for attracting and retaining customers.
- One-Year Set of Goals: Specify your detailed goals for the upcoming year.
- Key Success Metrics: Discuss or list the five key success metrics that your company will monitor during the year.
- SWOT Analysis: Analyze your business’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Submission Deadline
The deadline to submit your business plan is November 1, 2023. Make sure to mark this date on your calendar and finalize your plan accordingly.
Notification of Winners
